The creative question
What does a buyer need to see before trying a new serum?
Who it's for
Skincare shoppers who scroll past polished beauty ads and look for plain answers about texture and routine order.
The idea and the hook
Answer the questions people actually type, in a native-feeling format, and let the texture do the talking.
“3 things people ask about this serum” over a bottle tilting into frame.
The demo creative approach
We grouped common pre-purchase questions into three, then gave each one a single clear visual: a texture macro, a routine-order stack and a dropper count. Captions follow native app conventions so the piece reads with the sound off. There is no presenter, and nothing in the piece implies a real customer.
Development
Three frames that carried the decisions, in the order they appear in the film.
-

Question one, answered with texture. The drop is swiped into a thin sheen, so “is it sticky?” gets a picture, not a promise. -

Question two as a routine stack. The serum step lights up, so where it goes reads at a glance. -

Question three as a count. The dose sits on screen in large type, readable with the sound off.
