Checking fit sends your selected service, engagement and monthly creative budget to our website server. If you choose Send enquiry, the form also sends your name, email address, product or website link, brief, privacy acknowledgement and security-check response. Please do not include sensitive information or confidential assets.

Unsubmitted contact details stay in this page’s memory. We do not save form drafts to browser storage. The work library remembers your selected format in session storage for this browser tab. Emailing us directly shares the message and information you choose to send.

We use your choices to assess whether our ongoing AI creative retainer is a fit, and your contact details and brief to review and reply to your enquiry. This form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Vercel hosts this website and processes requests, including technical connection data. The enquiry endpoint uses a short-lived, instance-local request counter for abuse prevention; it is not an enquiry database.

When secure form delivery is available, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse and Twilio SendGrid accepts enquiry emails addressed to hello@extrasauce.studio. If secure delivery is not configured, the form does not send an enquiry and tells you so. Provider acceptance is not confirmation that an email reached the inbox.

Google Fonts supplies the website’s fonts and receives the font requests your browser makes. The site does not send analytics or conversion events.

If your choices qualify, you can open Calendly instead of sending an enquiry. It opens as a separate website; no booking is made by opening the link. This site does not prefill your enquiry details into Calendly. Details you enter there are processed under Calendly’s privacy notice.

Our policy is to retain unsuccessful enquiry correspondence for 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then remove it through a monthly review. This is a manual operational policy, not automatic deletion by this website. We aim to retain only what is needed; a documented legal hold or other legal obligation may require longer retention. Successful client records are handled separately under the client agreement and applicable legal obligations. Contact hello@extrasauce.studio to ask about retention or request deletion. Service-provider logs and backups follow their own retention practices and may not be removed at the same time.
